Short-Form Community Impact Video

🔹 Project Overview

Bluvision Studios was commissioned by Premiere Kicks, a Premier League-backed initiative focused on youth engagement through football, to produce a short-form video for their online platform. The project spotlighted professional footballer Wilfried Zaha and a group of local teenagers from Croydon, filmed at the Legacy Youth Centre.

The goal was to capture the energy and authenticity of grassroots football, while amplifying the social impact of Premiere Kicks across London.

Concept & Direction

  • Showcase Zaha’s return to his hometown roots, mentoring and playing alongside Croydon youth
  • Blend cinematic visuals with raw, documentary-style footage to evoke emotion and authenticity
  • Emphasize themes of community, aspiration, and legacy

Production Workflow

  • Pre-Production: Storyboarding and location scouting at Legacy Youth Centre
  • Filming: Multi-camera setup capturing drills, interviews, and candid interactions between Zaha and the teens
  • Post-Production: Edited in DaVinci Resolve with stylized transitions, branded overlays, and a custom music bed
  • Distribution: Optimized for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts — with Premiere Kicks’ branding and call-to-action
